Mr. Duncan responded quickly to our request, and gave us the best quote, even though a one tree removed job. Further, he told me who to contact to replant the tree in its place, had them contact me, and even coordinated the removal and replanting.
He continued to follow up and completed the removal to enable the replanting to be completed quickly following my initial call.
